Team
History
Formed as Radyr Stores at the Radyr railway engine yards a change of name to The Railway Triers followed. J. Letton Snr won the Individual Championship in 1956-1957. A feat repeated by his son J. Letton Jnr twenty years later in season 1975 - 1976.Then, playing from The Railway in Llandaff North, the Shell Cup was lifted in season 1963-1964. Changes of home alley to The Gower and then The Albany followed. During this period the Third Division Championship was secured in 1972 - 1973. The Fourth Division Championship in 1980 - 1981 and Runners up in the Fourth Division in season 1987 - 1988. The North Boys joined Skittles Cardiff at the League's formation and to date, have not won a thing! |
